These Membership Terms & Conditions govern participation in and use of the matchmaking services provided by Janesdiary Matchmaking Network.
By registering for membership, making payment or participating in our matchmaking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1. OUR SERVICE
Janesdiary Matchmaking Network provides professional, private and curated matchmaking services for eligible individuals seeking serious relationships leading to marriage.
Our services may include:
• Eligibility assessment
• Confidential profiling
• Compatibility assessment
• Verification where applicable
• Candidate search and curation
• Private introductions
• Match feedback
• Dating and communication guidance
• Relationship coaching where included in the selected membership
• International and cross-border matchmaking where applicable
Janesdiary provides matchmaking and relationship consultancy services.
We do not sell relationships, guarantee marriage or control the decisions of individuals introduced through our network.
2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into an agreement.
Applicants are generally expected to possess a minimum qualification of HND, Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or equivalent, subject to our discretion and the circumstances of an individual application.
Applicants must provide truthful and materially complete information during onboarding.
Janesdiary reserves the right to accept or decline an application where reasonably necessary to maintain the standards, integrity or safety of our matchmaking network.
3. MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION
Membership becomes active after:
• Selection of an applicable membership package
• Receipt and confirmation of the required membership fee
• Completion of required onboarding information
• Submission of requested photographs and documentation
• Completion of applicable verification requirements
Matchmaking activity commences after the required onboarding process has been successfully completed.
4. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Janesdiary offers different levels of matchmaking service, including:
CONNECT
EXECUTIVE
PRIVATE / PRIVATE ELITE
SIGNATURE CONCIERGE
STAKEHOLDER INTERNATIONAL, where applicable.
Specific pricing, duration, introduction limits and benefits are determined by the package selected at registration.
5. YOUR MEMBERSHIP DETERMINES YOUR SEARCH
Membership levels represent progressively different levels of:
Search depth • Matchmaking priority • Professional curation • Geographical reach • Personalised support • Candidate sourcing
Higher-tier memberships may provide access to a broader or more specialised search.
For example, certain searches may prioritise established professionals, senior professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, founders, business leaders, CEOs, Managing Directors, C-suite professionals or other compatible individuals where appropriate.
However:
PAYMENT DOES NOT PURCHASE ACCESS TO A PARTICULAR PERSON.
Membership does not guarantee an introduction to any particular individual, profession, executive title, income bracket, nationality, location or social status.
All introductions remain subject to compatibility, mutual suitability, preferences, screening and candidate availability.
6. INTRODUCTION LIMITS
The number of introductions available depends on the membership selected.
An introduction counts when a potential match has progressed through the applicable Janesdiary introduction process in accordance with the selected membership.
The availability of an introduction does not guarantee that either individual will pursue or continue a relationship.
7. ONE ACTIVE INTRODUCTION AT A TIME
Janesdiary operates a one active introduction at a time policy.
Members will ordinarily explore one introduction before another is provided.
A new introduction may be considered after the previous introduction has been appropriately concluded and relevant feedback has been received.
This policy allows each connection reasonable attention and supports a more intentional matchmaking process.
8. MEMBER RESPONSIVENESS
Professional matchmaking requires reasonable participation from both parties.
Members are expected to respond to relevant matchmaking communication and requests for feedback within a reasonable period.
Where a member repeatedly fails to respond, abandons introductions or becomes unavailable without communication, Janesdiary may pause matchmaking activity until the member confirms readiness to continue.
Persistent non-participation may affect the ability to deliver matchmaking services during the applicable membership period.
9. MEMBER INFORMATION
Members are responsible for ensuring that information provided to Janesdiary is accurate.
This includes information concerning:
• Age
• Marital status
• Children
• Location
• Profession
• Education
• Religion or faith
• Relationship status
• Relationship intentions
• Other material information relevant to compatibility
Members should promptly notify Janesdiary of significant changes that may affect their matchmaking profile.
Deliberately providing materially false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of membership.
10. PHOTOGRAPHS
Members must provide clear, recent and reasonably accurate photographs.
AI-generated, heavily altered, misleading or substantially outdated photographs should not be submitted as current representations of the member.
Photographs supplied for private matchmaking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. VERIFICATION
Janesdiary may require:
• Valid government-issued identification
• Employment or business verification
• Video or telephone verification
• Social or professional information where appropriate
• Other reasonable supporting information
The extent of verification may vary according to membership level, location, circumstances and information availability.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee.
No screening or verification process can establish every fact about an individual or predict future behaviour.
Members must continue to exercise independent judgement.
12. MATCH ACCEPTANCE
Before progressing with an introduction, members may be provided with selected information about a potential match.
Where mutual interest is required, contact information will ordinarily be exchanged after the relevant parties agree to proceed.
Once an introduction has been accepted and contact information exchanged, either party may initiate communication.
13. FEEDBACK
Feedback forms an important part of professional matchmaking.
Members are expected to provide reasonable feedback following introductions when requested.
Feedback helps Janesdiary understand whether an introduction is progressing and may assist in refining subsequent searches.
Feedback should remain respectful and should not contain abusive or degrading remarks about another member.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information received through Janesdiary must be treated confidentially.
Members must not improperly:
• Circulate another member’s photographs
• Publish private profile information
• Distribute telephone numbers or contact information
• Share confidential conversations
• Use another member’s information for commercial purposes
• Publicly identify another member as using a matchmaking service without permission
A serious breach of another member’s privacy may result in suspension or termination.
15. MEMBER CONDUCT
Members are expected to interact respectfully with potential matches and Janesdiary personnel.
Janesdiary does not tolerate conduct including:
• Harassment
• Threats
• Coercion
• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Persistent unwanted contact
• Deliberate deception
• Abusive communication
• Serious violations of another member’s privacy
Where reasonably necessary for safety or service integrity, Janesdiary may suspend or terminate participation.
16. PERSONAL SAFETY & DUE DILIGENCE
A Janesdiary introduction should not replace personal judgement.
Members should take reasonable precautions when:
• Meeting someone for the first time
• Sharing private information
• Travelling
• Entering financial arrangements
• Making major personal decisions
• Considering business or investment proposals
Members should never assume that an introduction constitutes an endorsement of every statement or future action of another individual.
17. FINANCIAL REQUESTS BETWEEN MEMBERS
Members should exercise particular caution regarding requests for:
Money • Loans • Investments • Business funding • Emergency transfers • Financial guarantees
Janesdiary is not responsible for private financial arrangements voluntarily entered into between members.
Suspicious activity should be reported promptly.
18. INTERNATIONAL MATCHMAKING
International introductions may involve additional considerations including:
• Distance
• Travel
• Time zones
• Relocation
• Cultural differences
• Long-term residence plans
• Immigration requirements
International membership does not guarantee introduction to a particular country or nationality.
Both parties remain independently responsible for satisfying applicable travel, immigration, residency, visa and legal requirements.
Janesdiary does not provide immigration sponsorship, visa guarantees or relocation guarantees.
19. NO GUARANTEE OF RELATIONSHIP OR MARRIAGE
Matchmaking involves independent human beings with their own preferences, decisions and circumstances.
Janesdiary therefore does not guarantee:
• Chemistry
• Attraction
• Continued communication
• Exclusivity
• A relationship
• Engagement
• Marriage
• A specific timeframe for achieving a relationship outcome
Our responsibility is to provide the matchmaking services included in the selected membership, subject to these terms.
20. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are payable according to the package selected.
Payment provides access to the matchmaking service and resources associated with that membership level.
Members should review package features, duration and applicable conditions before making payment.
21. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because matchmaking involves personalised professional work, including onboarding, profiling, assessment, verification, sourcing and curation, fees may become non-refundable once substantive matchmaking services have commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any cancellation or refund request will be considered in accordance with the applicable package terms, the stage of service already performed and relevant consumer-protection requirements.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. MEMBERSHIP DURATION
Membership duration is determined by the selected package.
International packages may have specific active periods, including 12-month, 18-month or 24-month memberships, depending on the selected service.
Membership does not automatically remain active indefinitely unless expressly stated in the package terms.
Unused benefits may expire when the applicable membership period ends unless an extension has been expressly agreed.
23. EXTENSIONS & RENEWALS
Where a suitable match has not been secured during an applicable membership period despite an active search, Janesdiary may, where appropriate and at its discretion, offer an extension or renewal option.
Any extension is subject to confirmation by Janesdiary and should not be assumed automatically.
24. PAUSING MATCHMAKING
Where circumstances reasonably require it, matchmaking may be paused.
Examples may include:
• Member-requested temporary unavailability
• Failure to respond
• Significant profile changes
• Verification concerns
• An active relationship developing from an introduction
• Other circumstances affecting readiness or eligibility
The effect of a pause on membership duration will depend on the applicable membership and circumstances.
25. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Janesdiary may suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary because of:
• Materially false information
• Fraudulent activity
• Serious misconduct
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Significant privacy violations
• Misuse of the matchmaking network
• Serious or repeated breaches of these terms
The financial consequences of termination will depend on the circumstances, services already performed, applicable package terms and applicable law.
26. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Members should read the Privacy Policy before providing personal information or documentation.

27. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
Janesdiary may reasonably update operational procedures, communication methods or service processes where necessary to improve service delivery, safety or compliance.
Material changes affecting an active paid membership should be communicated where appropriate.
28. COMPLAINTS
We encourage members to raise service concerns directly and professionally.
Complaints should include sufficient information for the matter to be reviewed.

Janesdiary will seek to review legitimate complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
29. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are intended to operate subject to the laws applicable to Janesdiary Matchmaking Network and any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to the particular transaction.
For international members, additional mandatory rights may apply depending on the member’s jurisdiction.
30. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering, paying for membership and participating in the Janesdiary matchmaking process, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Membership Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that matchmaking involves human choice and uncertainty and that Janesdiary provides professional search, curation and introduction services rather than a guaranteed relationship outcome.
